Try to keep your phrases without descriptive words. For example, (using the example of a web hosting company) you may think that your company offers inexpensive web hosting and you want to be found under inexpensive web hosting. Do not enter 'inexpensive web hosting', simply enter 'web hosting'. Later on, you will be prompted to select the descriptive words that go with your key phrases.
